Marketing Analyst 

with Quantitative Skills and SAS® Programming

Position Description

This contract position is at a Fortune 500 client located in a northern suburb of Chicago, Illinois. This is a minimum of a six month assignment with possible extensions.  Contract to direct employment also possible.

Provide marketing analysis, outcome presentation, and data extraction for marketing promotion evaluation.  Execute SAS®  programming on multi-million record datasets and execute ad hoc analysis.  

Requirements 

  1. BA or BS Degree, 
  2. MS or MA in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or other quantitative field preferred
  3. Demonstrated abilities to analyze marketing programs.
  4. Knowledge of basic statistics required 
  5. Three years experience in programming with SAS  software in a mainframe and/or Unix environment.
  6. Demonstrated SQL experience
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Experience in marketing or financial area highly desirable.
